By creating a Bocuse brand license for the food service industry, Atelier SÖ is establishing its position as a premium brand. Thanks to the involvement of Bocuse's MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France), new exclusive recipes are created, ensuring ever greater innovation.
