The purpose of this Data Protection Policy is to inform you about the manner in which the Company collects, uses and protects your personal data on the Website.

The Company proposes that you take stock of the data processing carried out in this way.

 

1. What data does the company process and why?

The Company may collect the following personal data: your first name, surname, title, postal address, email address, telephone number and any other personal data you may choose to communicate via the contact form, in particular.

This data is collected and processed by the Company in order to :

  • To respond to your requests for information, in particular via the contact form,
  • Analyze your needs and send you a quotation if required.

Any personal data you may provide will therefore only be consulted by the Company and its subcontractors within the strict framework of the purposes presented in this document. The latter will be bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Company.

The Company requires its subcontractors to comply at least with the security rules laid down by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), in terms of administrative, technical and organizational aspects, in order to protect your data against any unlawful disclosure, use, modification or destruction.

The Company has selected its subcontractors with regard to the security of the hosting services they provide, and has entered into a contract with them that includes strict security clauses in compliance with applicable regulations.

 

3. How long is your data stored?

If you are a prospect of the Company, your data will be kept for up to 3 years after your last contact. If you are a customer of the Company, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to follow up on your file, then archived for a period of 5 years from the closure of your file. However, data used to establish proof of a right or contract may be kept for a longer period, in accordance with the duration provided for by applicable law.

Connection data (IP address, date and time of connection, pages viewed) is kept for a maximum of 6 months.

At the end of these periods, the data is archived, anonymized, or deleted.

 

4. Is your data transferred outside of the european union?

No. The Company has chosen subcontractors located in the EU, as is the case with the website host (OVH).

 

5. Will your data be used via social networking buttons?

No. In order to protect your personal data, the Website does not include any plug-ins or social network modules on its pages.

 

6. How is the security of your data ensured?

The Company takes all appropriate organizational and technical measures as well as all useful precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of the information you entrust to it, especially against any accidental loss, deformation, alteration and against any unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure.

  • In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act, you can decide in advance what will happen to your data after your death;
  • If you are not satisfied with our responses, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL);
  • Any rectification or erasure of your personal data or any restriction of processing carried out at your request will be communicated by the Company to each recipient to whom your personal data may have been transmitted in accordance with this information, unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort.

The Company undertakes to reply within one month, provided that your request is complete.

However, if your request is complex or if the Company receives too many requests at the same time, this deadline may be extended by up to two months. You will then be promptly informed of this additional delay.
